This item is made out of like a latex material, it does what it needs to. I do suggest to go from the lowest to the highest restriction I suppose. Mainly bc your body has to get used to it being wrapped up. Also it takes awhile to get on and take off, I wouldn’t try to put it on in a rush. Slimmed me down a bit as well. Also talk to doctor if there’s any hurting or something along those lines. Other than that! I 100% am with this, loved it, came within a time span of a week. It’s so good my sister stole it from me..haha. Ha.

This if a WONDERFUL product! Not only does it shape my figure beautifully but I have TREMENDOUS relief from back pain when I wear this! I can even wear it while exercising! It fits relatively smoothly under my leotard or yoga outfits! It supports my back and lumbar area while giving me back my figures curves of my waist and hips!! The perforations in the material allows for the waist trimmer to breathe for cooler wearing, living in Florida this is a necessity.
