I love this product. It helps with eating small portions and after wearing it for only 3 days I've already lost an inch off my waist. A pointer for buying it though, measure your waist before you buy it. I assumed my waist and while I was spot on with size, I ended up starting it on the tightest row of clips my first time because it was a tad too big. So get the size that's closer to your waist size on the first row of clips. The first time I put it on I could only wear it for two hours before it started hurting my ribs and back. But after the first day its snug and easily forgettable. Would recommend for those looking to loose weight and having problems with their appetite.

Ordered the small, fit fantasitcally and could wear it the very first day on the last notch, and it was so comfortable I slept with it on. Surprisingly, I got fantastic sleep, and it seemed that my waist was somewhat “trained” in the morning. I look forward to seeing the results I can achieve!

Great waist trainer. The bonds in the back bend a little but still functional. I have never had one that didn't bend in the back. This one really does keep you cooler . I had little to no sweating. That being said I'm wearing it during the day more for the look than waist thinning.

I bought the extra small because a small I bought for another company was too big. This fit perfectly. I finally got on the second ring and was making progress. Love this product will continue to use. I’m currently pregnant so this will def come in handy after my pregnant can’t wait

This is my third try / purchase in two years to find one that fits (bought the small) and does not push up my chest. One was too thick, another was a vest that dug into my shoulders and was very uncomfortable. This one is perfect since it only covers my waist and abdomen ... exactly what I was searching for.

I purchased this to help me stand/sit up straight and it really works for that. I have Kyphosis of the low back (my spine curves out instead of in like it should) and I've been wearing a brace for the upper back which wasn't helping. This really works well for posture!
It does get a bit hot and I have to wear a cotton liner with it or I get really itchy after 8 hours of wear, but I don't know if the breathable one will be as sturdy. I have a longer one that is breathable, but only has 9 bones instead of 25 and that doesn't support me the way this one does.
All in all, does exactly what I purchased it for.

I weigh 169 pounds and was able to squeeze into a large. This is the best waist trainer I’ver ever bought. I feel like it is transforming my waist and making me look slimmer. I wear it for 8 hours a day (recommended). It holds up firmly and does not bunch up or roll down.

I love this! It takes a bit of getting used to, but it makes my back feel amazing and reminds me to drink water and eat right (as weird as that sounds). I realize I’m not as hungry with it on, I’m focused on how I’m standing so my posture is 100% better, and I can wear it under my clothes so I wear it to work. Amazing! Would definitely recommend.

This had got to be tighest thing I've ever put on my body. It's literally a workout getting it buttoned up, but OMG I look so good when it's on! I wish my waist looked like this all the time!

It definitely squeezes you, but not enough to be painful. It forces you to have good posture too. Personally, it feels good to have that support around my midsection.

The corset itself is really sturdy and is pretty good quality. You never really know with Amazon, but this thing is pretty good.
