I love it. I received one as a gift, but it was too small. I ordered the breathable one in a short torso for the purpose of working out for posture correction. I’m 5’6” and 152-158 lbs. and the XL fit in the largest one with minimal struggle. I’m also 36 DD and still had room at the very top. I wanted to ease into my waist training, and wanted to be able to get into my waist trainer without help or struggling. An hour after trying on, I was able to put the hook on the middle row of hooks instead of the last one. This breathable waist trainer has a lot of give, but it also has good compression.

Follow up, I received my item 01/07/18 and loved it. After I noticed a hook became unhinged, and I had to return it sadly. I really lived it. I will definitely by again, and I’m positive it was just a one time thing. I will definitely Re-order.

This waist trainer is perfect for us short ladies. I am 4'11, 145lbs and I ordered a Medium. A little tough putting on but once it's on you can wear it comfortably all day. Flattens my tummy so nicely.

Comfortable enough to wear most of the day but also tight enough to make a difference. After wearing while walking for 20 minutes I will sweat underneath as described (I ordered the variation without holes). I’m 5’1 and 140lbs and the size S fits on the loosest setting, it is slightly long for me but not a problem while I’m standing or sitting up straight

I had my lipo and bbl in September. After healing up and waiting the 6 weeks I started waist training. And this trainer has been great. If your like me and need more pressure and like to get results fast. This is a great trainer to start with. The bones are great and it sits right on me since I have a pretty small torso. Will definitely be buying again shortly.

Very nice and well made. The material feels great, and has a seamless look. Will definitely be wearing under all of my garments to retain hourglass shape.. Helps with bloating and knowing when you're full and helps discourage overeating. One thing to note is it sometimes pinches the top or bottom of the skin and may need to be readjusted for comfort. But overall very nice product that I will recommend and purchase again.
