I’ve had $100 waist trainers and this holds up just as well. Ive worn it to work (9 hours) and it kept its shape. Ive worn it under thin tank tops and body suits. Great value and does not feel cheap at all. Always wear over something or youll get chaffed. I find that tube tops around my stomach do the job.

I’m 160 5’0 i ordered a medium in beige Tried on product and could hardly get it on the last hook. It took me forever. The 1st week was uncomfortable but that’s the pressure. It’s been only two weeks and I’m already on the last hook.Im going to definitely order a small next month.you can see the beige n hooks Threw my dresses so I’ll try the black.but I can always turn it to the side.

I really like this waist trainer, I’m impressed since it is so inexpensive but the quality is good and comparable to more expensive ones. I was concerned about what size to get though, I just had a baby and I’m am 30 lbs heavier than I usually am. I’m 160 lbs and 5ft 7 waist measures around 37/38 inches I ordered a large and it fits perfect
