I put this on as soon as I opened it! I ordered an XL the smallest part of my waist is 35 in and the lower hip [about where the trainer ends] is 37 in. I am very short 5'0 so I want to develop a waist. Let me start by saying this is very comfortable, I already see an improvement in my posture and relief from my lower back pain. I can't wait to try this baby in the gym and ordered another one so I can alternate. Will update in a few weeks!

I got a size XXS for myself (height ~5 ft, waist ~23.5 inches) and a XS for my sister (height 5' 4'', waist ~ 25 inches) and we absolutely love it! It fits us very nicely and gives a very feminine appearance to our figures which doesn't look unnatural. I look forward to seeing improvements to my figure in the future!

I don't frequently do reviews, but this time I HAVE to. BUY THIS! You MUST size up 2 or 3 sizes from you norm.. but you will LOVE it. I have an assortment of waist trainers, and shapewear. This, though, is different. If it fits properly it will be difficult to get on. However, once it's on its like a second skin. It holds in all the desired areas, and it goes down low on the hips. This is the ONLY one I've tried that's actually comfortable, and doesn't cause bulges at the top or the bottom or roll anywhere. I'm buying more of these. I'm 5'3, 175, got 3x and it's perfect!

I usually don’t write reviews but I HAD to for this product! I was very satisfied. I ordered an xl and it fit me so perfectly! I don’t think I’ve ever had a waist corset that fit this well actually ( in all honesty). And once I wore it’s so comfortable to sit in and my breathing wasn’t that much affected. Could definitely exercise in this.

When I received this product I was taken back because I was expecting a Firm Abs product and got a Dellani one instead. The seller contacted me and told me the product comes under both names. ( I still think you should get the product that is advertised ). I received the Dellani waist trainer. I am wearing it right now. It was very tight to get on, as I expected it to be. It looks great under a t-shirt and holds in what I wanted it to. I am still able to move around freely. I followed the instructions to measure and was glad I did. I usually wear a size 16 and an xl in shirts. I ordered the 4x according to my measurements. I am looking forward to seeing how this product holds up. It seems very well made

First off, I'm 5'2 and weigh 197 and I ordered the 2X. The loosest setting was a bit too big but the middle clasp was just right- I'm truly between sizes. I was a little skeptical when these first came out but after my coworkers and purchased some and saw results, I figured I'd jump on the band wagon. I've had it for a little over a week and I must say, it's improved my posture quite a bit. I had a pain in my lower back from not sitting up straight and slouching and this helps tremendously. I've been using the trainer and weight watchers simultaneously and I've noticed changes in my back where I used to have rolls. Also helps conceal the dreaded tummy pooch that most women have. I highly recommend because of not only the price but the quality!

I read the reviews so I knew to order a larger size than I am used to. I have used it four times and I love it! It felt a little bulky at first, but I’ve adjusted and it’s amazing value for the price. I highly recommend this item! I typically wear large to XL...I purchased 2XL
