I have tested this out for about 3 weeks now and have 0 complaints. It serves its purpose well. It doesn't squeeze me to the point where I am suffocating, and tucks my muffin top in enough so I literally look like I have a flat stomach. I love it.

This Waist Trainer is by far the BEST form fitting and comfortable fitting trainer I have wore thus far. I ordered a size 3XL because I am a Thick and Fluffy Woman weighing 250lbs fine pounds. And to add this waist trainer it makes me feel full of Confidents within myself. I also use it to work out in and it helps to control my core mid section when doing sit ups. I really loved this waist trainer corset! I am regularly a small in shirts and weigh 138lbs.i ordered a size small in the was trainer and I was barely able to hook it onto the first set of hooks so it was perfectly tight. I loved that it was long enough to cover my whole hips and the material is definitely very durable and thick. Only thing i dont like is that if you want to wear it under tight clothes it does show the sides through but other than that it's perfect. It also arrived quickly !

The quality is amazing for the price. It's a little hard to put it on at first but some tips are: wait till morning before you eat anything, and lay down on a bed to make the process easier to put on. 10/10 would recommend
