I loved it! I was suggested 3XL on the size chart as I am 36 inches on the waist but I ordered 2XL and it fits just right! I need not a lot of effort to put it on so i guess its s tad big but its fine.

It also kinda helps my posture which is good.

Satisfied with my purchase and will buy again for smaller size

I have had mine for a week and a half now. I ordered the large, already ordering a medium today, I have been using a firiming cream under it when it put it on in the morning, and I take it off and reapply the cream mid afternoon. I have already lost 2 inches. I don’t think I could have wore a medium right off. So I don’t consider it a wasted cause.

I am 5ft 5 weigh 163 lbs. it is a touch short for my torso, so I will double up and wear my large on top of the medium, once I receive it. Because I do get a pretty bad back bulge, just to smooth it all out. I carry all my weight in my tummy, and thighs. I am looking forward to seeing where I am at a month!

I wear it 8 hours a day at a minimum, except on saturday.

Great quality no issues. I will update this review! I am a review in a couple more weeks addict when I buy purchases like this! Just hope I can help someone else

I went from the first hooks for 3 weeks with exercise and eating right to the second hooks within the next two weeks as the same as the first week of routines. I am not on the third hook and I am on my almost 2 an a half month period. I exercise daily. I only use the shaper at night. I sleep with it. I am excited to say I am almost ready to order a size smaller now. I ordered an XXL.

Great waist trainer for working out! It's hard to put the snaps in at first, but that's to be expected from a good waist trainer. I've definitely seen progress and I feel like I get much better results working out with this waist trainer then without it. I did have a minor issue with a tear, but that was after 6 months of use, using it continuously during workouts and throughout the day. I am still giving it 5 stars because I am still able to use it effectively and also because I am extremely satisfied with the seller of this product. I contacted them directly about the tear and they really went above and beyond to resolve the issue, even though I was past the Amazon return date. Great seller great product. I actually purchased another one just to have extra for days when I need to wash the other one and am looking forward to receiving it! I am happy with product, but I am mostly impressed with the seller! I highly recommend and would do business with again!
