I loved this waist trainer.. I got it in a XL well when I received It and tried it on I struggled a bit lol but 1 minute later I finally got it on and at first it was hard to breathe in but then after a good couple minutes it adjusted itself now it’s fine! Would still recommend

It’s very comfortable I went off size chart and had the wrong size a Lg sent it back for a bigger size. 2xl and it fit perfectly. The return process was easy breezy. I weigh 190 5”5 I’ve worn this everyday for 3 weeks 8hrs and I’m on the last hook as of today. 9/21/2020

When I say this trainer gets me together. I highly recommend it. I’m already needing to size down after a few weeks of wearing it. I ordered a 5x based in the size chart. I waist train almost everyday 10-14 hours while at work as a hair stylist

225 to 230 5 ft 2 .excess stomach fat coverage was very good. My torso is high roundish tummy got the 3x. Wore it from 7am to 6 pm not uncomfortable. Good buy .

I originally went by the sizing chart and since I have a 36” waist, I bought a 3X. I tried it on and I could put it on the last hooks comfortably. So I returned it and instead got an XL. Now this one fits a lot better and I can only get the first set of hooks. For reference, I am 5’1” and wear a size 8. I got the short torso one as well.

Really great material for the price I paid for. I’m a petite girl,, and only weight about 117. Believe it or not I struggled to put this thing on. But man once you get it on you can feel the works. I had another corset that was thin. This works 10x better. I’m new to waist training and I have confidence this is gonna get me the waist I want. It’s tight but breathable. For me it’s tight to where I need it. Co spidering how small I already I am I can’t believe I don’t even reach the second or third row yet! Even your looking for quality without breaking your wallet this is it ! Can’t wait for the results.

Make sure you read the sizing chart the sizes are correct I jut picked a random one like small I’m 5”2 and 154lbs but that was to tight so I exchanged the for a medium and yea I can actually get it on lol l
