I just received this yesteday, I wore it today, so far I love it!! Slimmed me almost instantly, im only wearing on the first set of hooks which is what i wanted and gradually work to the third set. An added bonus ladies it looked like i got an instant breast lift, so it was good for small breasted woman as myself.
So sizing...i'm 5'9 in. 230 lbs more stomach and hips i ordered the 3x and it was perfect. Will give and update in a week or two. Best of luck!!

This was the second one I bought, I bought it for my mom! It fit perfectly, and does exactly what it's intended to do. It sucks your stomach in, so you can wear tight clothing without a huge bulge. Personally it makes me feel more confident as I'm on my weight loss journey. I will probably purchase a smaller one in the future.
