Absolutely love this waist trainer. I have a long torso and it fits just right. Keeps the waist nice and small. The only problem with this is it is not discrete under form fitting clothes. Otherwise it’s a great purchase.

This is a corset! And it is sexy. My husband joked putting his knee in my back to strap me in the first time (before I realized the hooks could go in the front). I ordered it more for support for my posture but it also definitely cinches you in and enhances your shape. Warning tho - I wore it to work under a dress to help with posture stirring all day and had to take it off be cause I felt it made me look too voluptuous! Lol really.. I'm 5'6 155lbs medium fit is perfect. love this product!

Love the great material, thick & fit as expected. Love that it has a 4th row. Best tip is to measure your waist line with a measuring tape, bend to the side & where you see the crease that's where I measure. My waist is 40' which I got the 5x fits 37.8' - 41.7' and I ordered the trainer with 4 rows in black. It fit perfect. I didnt have no trouble getting into it, you do have to suck in your tummy a bit but not so much that u feel pain or you're running out of breath. Measure your waist with the measuring tape the closest to your skin. I've worn it since I received it and I received it about 4 days before the estimate delivery date. So far I can see changes and I was wearing my previous waist trainer till last week which was too big already. I wear mine right after I get out the shower, get in bed & sleep with it. Cover up & with this summer heat you'll sweat like crazy lol

I had to return the first cincher I purchased because it was more restrictive than I had anticipated. That said, the size that I replaced it with is *awesome*!! I have one the breathable fabric models, which I think makes a huge difference comfort-wise when having to wear it under a lot of other garments. This thing is a beast! I don't feel like it's going to break or slip, despite the immense pressure my horizontal self is putting on those hooks! As a heads up, you will get that top-muffin if you are cinching pretty small, and if you don't want that, you may need to size up/find a less restrictive cincher. It's perfect for me! Highly recommend the breathable fabric styles.

I wear a 14-16 and went by other reviews so I ordered a 2X and it fit way too small. So I re-ordered a bigger size but will still keep the smaller one in hopes that I will use it in the future. I love the feel and the quality and that's why I want to keep them both.
