this is great! if i can get it on. It's a pain, with all the hooks. and a total workout if you can get them all in. I bought it a little smaller than i thought i would need, which was perfect, otherwise I don't think it would be effective.

Not sure if I’m the target audience here but I LOVE this! I’m 5’2” around 100lbs and my waist is usually around 25” and have a “long torso”. I ordered a size XS and it’s a great fit - I can close it on the tightest setting and it’s very tight. I’m 36yrs old and as I’ve gotten older I’ve noticed my body shape has changed where I don’t have as much of an hourglass shape - more just straight sides and my lower belly just seems to stick out a little - no flat belly, no fat, just kind of bloated. I’m nowhere near overweight, but I needed some shaping. I don’t have awesome posture. This is a game changer!! I’m not trying to end up w/ a 20” waist or cramped up organs - but just wearing the thing 2 times I can already see / feel a difference even if it’s as simple as training myself to have better posture. For my longer torso, this is awesome - it def covers my lower tummy. I’m still building up and have only worn it for 2hrs each day around the house but I could def see wearing this under a dress for an event or just occasionally for better support. Or if you want to look/ feel sexy (not always easy for shapeless thin women). HIGHLY RECOMMEND. But also don’t go crazy w/ it and faint or crush your organs :)

I love this waist-trainer! It's comfortable enough to sleep in, and tummy-tucking enough to clearly be making a difference even after a short period of time. I have a size 31''- 32'' waist, and am presently wearing the size Medium. It's a comfortably secure fit on the loosest setting, which gives me the initial tightening power I need, with room to down-size. It's improving my posture, tightening my stomach muscles, and giving me a sense of security throughout the day. Very confidence building.

I went with other people's advice initially, and got a size up from what was recommended on the actual sizing scale presented on this page (as it was said this product ran small). Hogwash, imo. You need a good cinch to get good results, and the size X-Large I bought was definitely too roomy, even on the lowest setting. I returned my product with much anxiety, as it was my first time EVER returning a product through the mail. No muss, no fuss. Got my money returned, and the second waist trainer I purchased came to me in no time at all.

I'm pleased with the durability/ quality of this item, the polite e-mail communication and customer service, return policy, and time of delivery. I highly recommend getting this if you're just starting out on the waist-training regimen.

It’s been about a week and I’m already on the last row! I use for about 6 hours. Helps with bloating for me and it’s easy to work out in. Great product for a cheaper price.

I've had other waist trainers, however this seems the most sturdiest. Tried it on, sucked me in good and proper. I followed the sizing chart. Haven't worn it as yet though because I just had a tattoo done but I can see good things in my future. Will update as soon as I really put it to the test:......update 5 weeks of using and I must say that I'm impressed. I started at a size 35 waist and I'm now at 32 . It locks on the last set of hooks now so I ordered a smaller size. My aim is to get my waist down to 30 . I can surely see this happening with this waist trainer. Will up date six weeks after using the smaller size.
