I really like these waist trainers, been using this brand over a year now. I started off w a large and last week able to get in a small. I have gotten several friends this same brand and everyone has loved it. You can woek out in this one or use it daily under clothes. I cannot believe how well this works given the price!! I specifically wanted it for my wedding dress but i've worn it every day to work as well. When my best friend saw me, she couldn't help but ask why do you look so thin today?!? Thank goodness for friends like that!!

Aside from the fact that it smooshes my waist line into a beautiful hourglass shape, i also notice that my posture is improved with less slouching at my desk. Maybe its my imagination but i also feel like i'm not as hungry as usual. Is this thing squeezing my stomach so close to my other internal organs that it makes me feel fuller than normal? Is the tight, sucked in feeling just reminding me what my stomach felt like when i worked out regularly and subconsciously makes me less hungry? Who knows! Regardless of the reason, i love the way this makes me look and feel. Even today, when its 94 degrees and humid like you wouldn't believe, i'm still rockin' this corset under my dress.

One of my biggest concerns was whether or not it would be noticeable underneath my clothes and for the most part, its perfectly discreet. If the material of the top is very thin and form-fitting, then its likely you will see the outline of the corset but otherwise it isn't noticeable.

For those of you who are also cursed with sensitive skin, the material did cause me to break out into itchy hives. I found that wearing a thin camisole underneath it helped to protect my skin and soak up any latex-induced sweating. My skin still gets irritated but its not too bad that i need to take it off. I'm vain - i would rather look skinny and deal with some irritation.

I'm 5'4 and approximately 138lbs - the medium was perfect. I started at the first set of hooks for two days then moved to the middle hooks for the wedding dress. Today i went back to the first hooks because pms sucks.

If your looking for a waist traOmer that helps you SWEAT and also look slimmer, you found the ONE. I used to swear by this waist trainer after a co worker told me she (religiously” lost 2-3 inches every month using this was trainer, I had to buy. She was correct. Then I got pregnant and spent almost over $150 trying “post partum trainers” that did NOT even come close to this one. After ONE DAY OF WEARING this trainer my fiancé even asked if I’ve lost weight, it’s crazy. If your looking for a trainer that will compress you and help you keep the same shape with your wait cinched ON or OFF then this is the one for you! I’ve tried various other trainers with no results as good as this one! Would recommend to anyone

I tried it on and it was very comfortable just needed a smaller size. I am 5 3 190lbs so a 5xl will be to large. Im buying a 3xl.
