Item size runs a bit small. I was usually a medium in other brands so I got the size I thought I was except turns out I’m an XXL in this brand. Height 5’2 weight 150 lbs.
Submitted a return request and the seller was wonderful in providing multiple options to help me out. Definitely wonderful customer service. I got the right size and that fits me perfectly. Best waist cincher I have used to date and especially postpartum, this is the most comfortable one!

I wasn't too sure about this product, or any products of this type.. But in the end it did it's job perfectly and I'm now ordering a smaller size! I'm 5'10 and went from a 31 waist to 29 in about a month. I've also lost around 6 pounds, which I don't believe was a direct result of the trainer, but indirectly. I'm not too big on working out in general, and I can only say I've really only been to the gym once with this product. However, wearing this made me more cautious about what I was eating and doing (I ate better, went on more walks with my dog, etc), which I think was the result of the weight loss. But 2 off my waist is I cannot deny was a result of the trainer!

This is an AMAZING product. I recently had weight loss surgery...It does slim you down a bit and I love wearing it cause it also gives back support. But...the only thing I didnt like is it runs way to small. Up your size x2. Other then that..great product for slimming down.

Definitely did the job ( i needed to fit into a dress for a wedding and purchased this as a last minute option because i did not have the budget for a new dress); I purchased the black breathable version and it certainly was breathable (i didn't sweat in it at all), but like any other high compression waist trainer, it can be hard to breath in if you are not used to wearing waist trainers (and this is the first time i wore one). But I would recommend this one.

The reason I recently bought this waist trainer was mainly because it is 4 rows of hooks. At first, I started wearing it from the last row for 4-5 hours a day and is moving on to the next row for 6-8 hours a day, hopefully in about 2-3 weeks. By wearing this for the past 4 days, thought it's been to short for any significant drop in my waist size, I have seen improvement in my posture both whether I'm standing or sitting. My back is always kept straight instead of slumping forward. Also, though I currently don't have diastasis recti, this waist trainer definitely helps holding my abdominal muscles together. Whenever I run without the waist trainer, my muscles are trained to tuck in and they feel a lot flatter and firmer as compared to before. Another great benefit is my eating portions are greatly curved as wearing this limits how much food my stomach can take in. If I eat too much, it gets really tight, sweaty and uncomfortable. I tried and was able to comfortably wear this under my regular clothes without showing. This is such a great product. I can't wait to see more progress in upcoming weeks. Highly recommend.

Reference- Weight: 118 lbs, Height: 5'4, Waist: 25 inches. I have previously bought waist trainers from this site. But of all of them this was my favorite. I loved the length, since I have a shortish torso I usually have a hard time with other waist trainers. The material is good, it is not cheap. At first it feels really tight (that's the point of waist trainnig), but eventually as you use it it will loosen up a bit. I love the shape that it provides once you wear it. I recommend this product for women who want to loose weight, when I wear it I feel full a bit sooner. From my personal experience waist trainers help a lot with posture and reducing love handles. I loved the quality and price of this one.

The waist trainer looks just like the photos and after having diligently worn it for about a week, I’m already buying a smaller size!
You can wear this under thin clothing and it won’t bulk out or anything. I’m glad I finally got around to finding the best waist trainer.

I hope my review can help someone else make a more informed purchase, because like what another reviewer said, the reviews are all over the place with regards to sizing. Yes, the size chart is off, so I am a little surprised that they wrote in their description to ignore reviews and use their size chart. My waist is 36 (your waist is the more narrow part of your midsection!) so according to their chart I should get a 3xl. After reading reviews I decided on a 2xl. So I try it on and I was able to hook it on the last row of hooks, which is a waste of time and money because what you want is for it to be tight on the first row and to gradually move to the last row as your waist adjusts itself with the cincher. If it is not tight when you put it on, you will not cinch your waste. What's the point? Well, I returned it for the XL and it does fit tightly on the first row of hooks. After a couple weeks I can move to the next row and so on. With time, I can get the the large next. I was wearing a corset but I prefer this product because of it's flexibility. It isn't as hard as a corset and it doesn't require lacing, so it is more efficient while still getting a reduced waist (but keep in mind if you want a more extreme reduction in your waist you should use a traditional corset but they are not easy to move in). Well, I put on the XL and my waist went from 36 to 34 instantly (see pic). I can breath, I'm not uncomfortable. You can see it under thin tight clothes so you might need to wear looser or thicker shirts. Only thing that I don't like is that it pushes my boobs up a lot and that kind of hurts the area underneath them, not gonna lie. But it's not a deal breaker. So with that said, get one that is gonna be tighter on you, maybe buy two and return the one that doesn't fit. I got my money back the instant the mail man scanned the code on the return label! And with prime shipping it's not a hassle.
