This came highly recommended on youtube and from girls who i follow on instagram who have a super snatched waist now. It is true to size. It is a full waist trainer which i have definitely seen results with. Recently put it washer machine and everything is still great.

I mainly wear a Large, buy if it requires going a size up I'll get an XL in clothes. I'm a 12/14 in pants and dresses. I believe it would have been perfect if I went up a 2X or 3X, only because of my FUPA aka mommy pouch!

Y’all!!!I’m 5’8’’ and 200lba give or take. I ordered the 3x and it fits great. My waist is snnnnaaatttccchhhheeeddd. I will definitely buy again when the time is right.I have scoliosis as well. I hope this helps support my back with posture as well.

Measure yourself then order a size down. That would be my advice on finding the right size to fit. It’s very comfortable and great fit..I measured a 38 waist and got a 3X.

Love! However I did go down two sizes from what the sizing chart recommended. It said I need an XXL but I ordered the large and fit how I wanted it too. This may just be a personal preference on how you would like it to fit however the large fit perfectly tight but still comfortable and easy to move in without the bending.

Like all waist trainers, you need to work to get into it. This is one of the BEST quality waist trainers I have ever ordered on Amazon. And I’ve been waist training for years. After both of my pregnancies I struggled with stubborn mid section weight and stretched out abdominal muscles. This one doesn’t bunch up at the back like most do. Just did a 3 mile walk in it and I was pretty comfortable with it. It’s pretty comfortable to wear Under clothing without it being obvious you have one on. I love how hard the material is it keeps it from sliding down or rolling up.

Love everything about this trainer!!! I’m 5’5 210ish wear a 16 or Lg. XL fits on first row of hooks but rather tight not worried as I know it will stretch out. Based on some of the reviews and size chart I was about to order a 4xl so glad I didn’t I would say go one size up from your normal size.
