So i had order a size 3XL thinking it was to going to be to small so i had to return and get an XL (I am 5’3 weight 196) And the XL fits great. Only thing is i wish it was a little bit more longer on the front since i do have a mommy pound. Other then that it’s great. Highly recommend this waist trainer.

I actually read people's reviews about getting a one size lower. So I gave it a shot. Before now I have used so many waist trainers, girdles just name it. After having 3 kids, my last child is 11months. I really need to get bk to shape. To cut the long story, using this Yianna waist trainer for just less than a week now, oh omg my tummy is reduced, am a 35 waist line now and am on the last roll of hook. I used to be a 39 in waist.Am lazy with excercises but I do the little I can so as to help tighten my tummy muscles and if you love doing tummy exercises your good to go. I am definitely going to order a way smaller size soon. Am excited and I hope this helps someone.

This is a great trainer. The comments are all true BUT wear a shirt UNDER the trainer. Even like a thin cami because after a week or so of use, the chemicals start to sweat out and it’ll cause a rash. (Cortisone 10 will fix the rash/itch). Also SIZE DOWN! I am 5’8”(200lb), measurements are 36, 31, 46. This trainer does wonderful things to my already extra curvy frame.

I usually wear size Xl but ordered a L because I wanted it to fit small. Big mistake! I reordered and bought a 2xl because the waist trainer fits small. && I love it!!!! Best waist trainer I’ve owned. Snatches you right up and even comfortable enough to do burpees in. Highly highly recommend.

Don't listen to the sizing chart 100%!If I had followed it I would have ordered a 4XL! My waist measures to be about 34 inches and the XL fit perfect! It was hard to get on at first but once you get it you're good! Its comfortable and helps with posture!

This sh$t lit lol . I’ve had it for so long and never really wore it because it hurt my skin but I wear it over my shirt . I’m on my second latch now . Within a week . I wear at work and now exercise in . To me it’s good .

Wow! It’s great ! Most waist trainers I’ve bought before end up folding on the back . This one give you good posture. Not flexible at all . At first I thought the size turned out too small but it doesn’t really stretch so you really gotta work yourself I to it . Define rly worth every penny

Omg I was a little skeptical on ordering a size down from the size chart and I have to admit it was a hassle getting this one on but I got it to the first row and have been wearing it for an half an hour now and I can finally breathe 😂. My waist is 31 in. and I ordered a large.Update: So I wore it for 45 minutes and checked it out and can actually move to the second row. I may need to send back for a medium not quite sure.

The product is comfortable and easy to wear all day under clothes, sitting down isn’t an issue. When buying this my waist was 26in which the size chart says I should get a small but I went with an Xsmall because I have very little lower stomach fat and it fit good. I am now on the middle clips im glad I went with a size smaller. For reference I’m a size 0 in jeans and 5’3 in height.
