This is my third purchase and they’re great. I started at an xl and am now in a medium... the 25bone steel is no joke so just be prepared for it. But it works and it does not ride up...

First time using a waist trainer. At first I thought I bought too small of a size by using the recommended fit on the size chart. I then decided to try one more time to see if I could get it to hook and it took some force but I was able to get it hooked. I felt comfortable enough to be able to wear it for multi days. I started wearing this 6 hours a day and within 3 days I was able to get it hooked to the last row! I plan on using this one for 30 days and then buying the next size down to get the results I am hoping for.

Wow!Just received the item today. I absolutely couldn’t wait to put it on, it was a struggle putting it on with nails but I got it done.Ordered an XL after reading the reviews i wasn’t sure what size to get because many stated the sizing chart wasn’t accurateI’m 5’4 about 208lbs and the xl works for me a little rough putting on but it’s extremely comfortable.One hour in and I absolutely love it no bending so far very sturdy I must say.I recommend , it’s the best I’ve ever had thus far

Love it! I am 5’4 and 140 pounds, It fits on the last hooks but isn’t too tight, it’s snug and shapes my poochie belly perfectly! Bought it to wear with some skin tight dresses, to help shape me a bit! Very nice quality and comfortable. Money well spent, I recommend this item if you are looking for a corset/waist trainer

So I did research about waist trainers and the main thing I got from it was that you need to fight to get in it. And it takes a team of two to get mine on. The tighter it is the more change you see. So I got a small I believe and I’m 5’0 ft tall and I’m like 127lbs. And I wore it once last night and imma wear it a lot to see change. I’m excited. And the product was surprisingly good. Like I thought it was gonna be bad. But it dosent bend and wrinkle up. Very good product for the price.

Pienso que esta bien compre el xs fue duro ponerla al principio pero luego la senti bien, no estira mucho asi que tengan cuidado al pedir la talla, de verdad siento que aplana mi abdomen y debido a las varillas no tiende a doblarse la probare por algunos dias y luego actualizare mi comentario y les dejare saber como me ha ido!

Great waist trainer. Definitely size down. It stretches really easily so after a week or so you it will be looser and you'll need a smaller size if you get your true size. Its not as structured as other waist trainers but its very comfortable.

This product is the bomb! It shapes and contours perfectly under clothes and is great if you use it to work out .. I do both. It fits tight of course it’s a corset but it stretches out so ordering your size is best.

I'm about 140 pounds, a little curvier from pregnancy. I got a size large and it first well and is snug (obvious for a waist trainer). Only thing is that there's a gap on the top part, I tried to fit it on the smallest brackets and still creates a bit of a gap, I don't think there's anyway around this. Very comfortable for a waist trainer.
