Wear a size 14, 12 on a good day. Ordered a xxl andit fit snug on the last hooks. Good product, would recommend.

I ordered it a few weeks ago and got it within 2 days. I'm usually a size 12 (XL) in dresses so i got XL. at first i thought it wouldn't fit me but i just stretched it out and it fit perfectly. so i suggest going a size up from what you normally wear!

Great quality! I invested in a waist trainer $75 + and had a great experience. After over a year of usage, needed to replace. Found some cheaper options, and hated them all. Quality, fit, comfort was all wrong!This trainer fits like a glove. It is comfortable, constructed well, and is pleasing to the eye. I am 145lbs and 5’5’’ I got the medium and was easily able to access the second row on cinchers. It is tight enough with realistic breathability.

Got it 3 weeks ago and I already need to size down. I wear it for at least 8 hours a day (usually 10-12 hrs) everyday. The 25 Bones are the best and really sucks you in. I just ordered my size L and I can't wait!!!

Look at the size chart! I usually wear an XL in shirts so the first time I ordered a XL without looking at the size chart and it was too small so the next time i ordered a 5X and it fit perfectly! It’s a nice waist trainer, I use it for Working out mostly. I sometimes wear it under my shirt if it’s loose fitting shirt
