I was very skeptical about sizing. I’m 5’7, 240lbs. After my baby I weighed 300lbs. Now I got down and started struggling with losing more. I’ve read reviews on this one and everyone says order bigger! Then I see others saying their way too big. I measured my waist at 43” but I went with my gut and got a XXL. I’m so thankful I did. It’s perfect fit. Ladies, go with your gut feeling!

I’m 5’9 170 lbs and wear a medium in shirts, size 6 pants and I originally ordered the medium thinking that would be the right size but it wasn’t. So I ordered a large and it fits perfectly, even still a little snug. I hope I’m able to help someone else figure out the size they need!

I’m 5’1 and weight 130 and I ordered the M but after a few uses I noticed it started to fit a bit big so I would consider doing a Small. Other than that this waist trainer is amazing!! Its so durable and well made I really enjoy wearing it. For the price this is a steal! I’ve washed it plenty of times and it’s still in the same condition and hasn’t had any reading or such.

This is the second waist trainer I bought off of Amazon and it is wonderful. It's punch you in the right places, you instantly lose at least one two three inches, and the fabric is great. I would definitely recommend this if you're just starting waist training.

I’m very happy with this purchase. I bought it mostly for back support, and it’s the best my back felt great instantly. The plus side is that it also gives me a nice definition. Very comfortable a bit of a challenge to put on, I guess it depends on how tight you prefer it. Overall I’m very happy 5 stars. I will be purchasing different colors.
