This waist trainer sucks the life out of you, the first time I had a hard time putting it on, it provides great support however for me I'm unable to wear it under regular clothes because of my back fat, but as I continue to lose weight I will be able to use daily. I ordered large, my measurements are waist 36 , hips 42 , under bra 34 it fits alright.

I just got this today. Im 5'3 223lbs. I orderdd a 5xl n it fits perfect.It doesnt seem 2 long for me.It's good quality.Pretty comfortable so far.I did put it a little lower on my lower abdomen since thats where my stomach needs it after having kids. Ive only had it on for about 30 minutes now n im sweating.

I received my waist trainer last week and I LOVE it. The first night it was very difficult to get into but today I'm wearing it with no problem. I can breathe fine. It does make you sit up straight but it doesn't roll up. It's not flimsy and the hooks are nice and sturdy. I wear a L to XL in shirts and 10 in pants but I'm thicker in the waist. I ordered a 3 XL and it fits great. Overall, it's worth the money.

Love it love it very comfortable great to workout in but do get a size bigger runs smalls but overall great very happy with my waist trainer good if you have a long torso I'm a 2x but for a 3x I weigh 251 but this is great after losing 120 pounds this is helping me a lot getting my body in shape

For those looking for a waist trainer that will really hold you in and do it's job, this thing is amazing. I got it to wear beneath an evening dress, but it was a little to visible beneath the material (a bit bumpy) for my taste so I returned it. However, the product was quality and I would have kept it had it worked with the dress.

Holy cow, am I impressed. I wasn't sure what to expect from a corset ordered online, but this one knocked me off my feet. I was able to fit into a contour dress two sizes smaller than normal (which is awesome because I've been dying to take it off the hangar for years). I couldn't recommend this product more.

That said, the size chart suggested that I am a medium (I am a size 10). Although I was able to fit into the corset I ordered, it appeared to be a bit strained, so I'm going to return it for a large. Either way, GREAT product.

Update: I ordered the large. It's much more comfortable, and while it doesn't pull me in as much as the medium (though it could if I adjust the hooks), I still fit in that dress. BRAVO.

If you're on the fence, buy it anyway! I just bought 2 new dresses that made me look like a pregnant woman. Yes, I've had 2 people mistakenly think this is in the past. I have tried all sorts of slimming undergarments before, but they don't have enough spandex to do anything noticeable imo. Anyway, I tried it on just now with both dresses and I don't look pregnant at all! I can't tell you how relieved I am.

So, here's the nitty gritty about the sizing. I wear 16's and 18's. It just depends. Most of my weight is carried in my lower belly area, hence the pregnant comments. I was really on the fence about what size to buy. Based on the measurements, I would have needed the 6x which just seemed like too much. I ended up ordering the 4x and although it took a good 5-6 minutes to get it on, it eventually fit. Looking back, I wish I would've ordered the 5x. If my weight was distributed more evenly I think the 4x would have been fine. One tip is to hook it wherever you are smaller and then pull it out as it's intended. I found it easier to get start at both ends vs only going in one direction. I'll have to play with it for awhile to figure out the easiest way.

If you're worried about the comfort or it riding up, don't. It's very comfortable, stays in place and you can breath, walk around, sit, etc. You'll be fine wearing it for several hoursThe only negative thing I could say is that my back did get a little toasty. Next time around I would probably try the one that is breathable .

I love this waist trainer, and I've already recommended it to some of my other friends. I had a waist trainer before but it was nothing like this one. The other one I had was stretchy and holey, it also didn't have length..didn't really work. However this one has boning and I feel it working on my waist. I'm a t shirt size large so I bought the XL. Hope that helps someone with sizing.

I love this item! My friend told me about it and I was a bit hesitant to purchase it, but as soon as I wore it I fell in love! While it is tight, that's to be expected. After one use I could feel it working. I wore it to a 4 hour shift at work and it worked wonders. I suffer from back pain, but when I wore this to work, my back didn't hurt one bit. It does get a bit uncomfortable after Lon periods, but I wouldn't expect it to be any different. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase!

Fit just as I imagined - very tight, but was very flattering under my dress! :) You need to fasten these up high, under your bra, then tug them down as you go. Without that tip, I would never have gotten it on. ;)
