    It fit good for me. I went down a size from my recommended size because I wanted to see a difference. The trainer is nicely made. The only issue I have with the fit is that it is a bit too long, but it is advertised as suitable for long torsos, and I have about an average length torso. It's perfect too if you need to work on your posture.

    Just got it today 4-23-17 I ordered it 4-20-17 and let me tell I'm the first to not put my card Info online​ but I'm sooooo glad I did I love it!!!!! Strong hold just awesome I'm 5'5 240 pounds i got the 5x I was so scared it was going to be to small but I wasn't! :) I seriously suggest getting it will post updates :)

    I had a baby about 2 months ago and I was looking for a waist trainer to help tighten the pooch I cant seem to get rig of despite having lost my baby weight. I initially ordered a size up like the reviews suggested and was already into the tightest setting. If you are truly looking to use the product as a waist trainer I would order based off the sizing chart. I like that it goes low enough to cover my love handles but not too low to be uncomfortable. I have been wearing it around all morning and do not feel that it is digging or rubbing anywhere. It seems to be made very well for the price! If it works I see myself ordering the next size down when it is time! I will update in the future to let you know if I have gotten any significant results.

    I loved the fit. I am a size 12 with a 36inch waist. I ordered the XXL. It fit perfectly. I am currently using the first notch. Hopefully, I will graduate to the 2nd soon. I ordered two more in purple and pink.

    Amazing! I always struggled to find a good and most importantly comfortable waist trainer and this is IT. It's so perfect. The material feels great on my skin it doesn't fit too big or too small. I am a size L and got a L to start with. It doesn't crush my body or bones like the other I could feel it hurting my ribs. I can sit with it comfortably and even sleep with it! Def getting a smaller size when I get through the L

    After reading reviews, I thought the small size would be good, it was a little smaller than I was expecting, but was able to squeeze into it. I love the way it feels. It's a thick product and very well made!!

    Okay, I wanted to wear this thing for a week before I posted a review. In one week's time, I was able to move down to the 2nd row of hooks :-). I purchased the M size, and it fit just fine. I thought it would be too hot to wear all day, that has not been the case at all. The material is surprisingly breathable and contorts to my body well, so I can wear it at work all day without feeling uncomfortable. I give the product 5 stars, simply because it's working and the quality is great. No runs, broken hooks or anything as of yet. I recommend washing on the delicate cycle and do not put in the dryer. Very happy with this purchase!
