I ordered this and got it in three days. I am a size 14 in women's pants and xl in shirts. I am 5'9 and 215 pounds and And roughly a 36 inch size waist. I ordered a xxl and it definitely fits tight. Today is the first time I tried it on and I almost didn't think I would fit it it at first. I have to say once I got it on I was in love. It's slims my waist and keeps me from having any bulges in the back or front. It goes from the top of my underwear and stops just under my bra strap. Very excited about this product!

I don't think some of the people leaving the low reviews on this are properly educated on waist training, i followed the sizing chart and it fits perfectly. HOWEVER I knew before ordering that these are supposed to be hard to get on, they are supposed to be tight and it's supposed to be uncomfortable to wear. When they are no longer uncomfortable or hard to put on you go to the next row and when you reach the last row and it is no longer tight you order a smaller size. That's how these work, so if you're not into being uncomfortable I don't suggest waist training. I'm 5 1, 115 pounds, my waist is about 24-25 inches. I ordered a size small (recommended size for anyone with a waist of 24-26 inches) and it fits perfect.
Very very good quality for the price. I was skeptical and a little scared at first since it was so cheap but well worth it.

This is just what I was looking for in terms of the overall effect. I am 2 months postpartum after a c section and I am looking for something to hide my extra weight and loose skin until I can get rid of it.I confess that I didn't have measuring tape handy when I ordered, but I have an idea what my measurements were before pregnancy and I am normally a small, so I ordered a small. It took a long time to get into it, but ultimately I did. It looked fantastic except for where it pushed everything up to the back of my shoulders. Also, after wearing it for a bit my midsection was very sore which tells me it's too tight. So I'm sending this back and getting a medium and hopefully that will alleviate the back boobs a little bit. But when I had it on, I was able to put on my jeans that I can't manage to button otherwise.

I absolutely love this waist trainer! I was worried about the size when I ordered, but I went by the size chart, and it's perfect! I got the XS because I am a bikini competitor and figured I would need it small when I start to lean out for competition. I am currently 120 pounds and 5'6 . After a week of use, I am already on the second row. I should be able to progress to the third row when I start leaning out for competition, but I will use this even during off season. Highly recommend!
