    I love this! It's perfect for my long torso. There aren't any gaps between my bra to squeeze out. It can get uncomfortable when I'm driving because the sitting position causes it to push into my chest. I'm definitely buying the next size down.

    Good quality. This is my first attempt at waist training. I am 5'4 , 135lbs. I am fairly fit, working out at least 3 days a week. I wear a 27-28 pant, but after reading other reviews, I decided to buy up, so I bought a L. I am on the last set of brackets. I wish I got the M. I'll probably wear this for a week and then buy a M. Likely will give the L to my best friend.

    So far so good. I went with the medium ( I am 5'5 and 138pounds) I just had a baby and I am trying to get ride of the last few pounds slash get my waist back to its original size. This trainer makes your tummy look flat however, you can see the lines if you are trying to wear a fitted knit dress. I would say this product is mostly for its intended purpose of waist training. You can't notice it if you are wear jeans and a tee or something of that nature. I was able to go from the first hooks to the second after one week and I am working toward getting to the last one (hopefully soon :) ) Overall i think this is a good product and a great price.

    Got my waist trainer yesterday. Delivery took about a week. Exactly as it looks in photos. Good quality and definitely a bargain for the price. Make sure you use the size chart before ordering. So far so good. I'm curious to see how long the hooks will last and whether or not I'll see results. Only time will tell. Never hurts to give new things a try. It does the job.
