    I'm 5'7 and 150 lbs. I ordered a size small (praying it would fit) and it absolutely did! Yes it's snug, and I wouldn't recommend wearing this for a full day of sitting, but holy moly, talk about hourglass figure! I have a shorter torso so I was concerned that it would be too long, but nope. It's literally PERFECT. This waist trainer feels very expensive, the quality is amazing. I will be ordering more!! Also, I have found myself ordering tight dresses that I wouldn't usually purchase, just to show off this figure!

    I love this trainer! It's made very well and durable! I read the other reviews about ordering a size bigger and that's what I did and it fit great. I'm normally an extra large and I ordered a 2x and I can wear it on the tightest hook

    This is an extremely comfortable and easy-to-use waist trainer. Honestly, I'm already seeing changes after a week. Eat right, workout, use the waist trainer. I can't stress enough to go by the size chart that they have in the pictures. I got my exact fit using that chart. I have a long torso, so it's a bit short, but it works anyway. Very happy with this purchase, will be buying more waist trainers from them :)

    I really like this product, initially I ordered the wrong size & then ordered a new one that fit well. It's really comfortable material & I look forward to the results.The first time you put it on, it's a little difficult, but gets easier to put on after that. Just a tip: Make sure to pay attention to the size chart, which is kind of tricky to find. You'll see it as a picture when you're scrolling through pictures of the product. I say it's tricky because Amazon also has a generic sizing blue hyperlink. Don't look at Amazon's chart & you'll be all set.

    My waist is about 43 inches am 5'5, according to the chart I had to order a 6xl (unless I was reading this wrong) but I felt like for some reason that might have been off. So I was undecided, my husband tells me to get a 3xl & I also though like that was the right size, so we went ahead & order it. It came pretty quick, it's very good material, strong & smooth feeling. I love that it has 3 hooks. I tried it & it was a bit difficult to get it on at first but that's the whole point plus not planning on staying this size forever since am loosing weight. It fits me perfectly, its long on the torso which I like, nothing shows, it helps with my posture & keeps my back supported, since I get back pains. I also love that it does not let me eat big portions, I feel full pretty soon since it keeps my tummy tight at all times. I don't use it for the gym but I do use it daily to do everything else. I truly love this product & recommend!

    Quality material, sturdy but not to stiff, I am able to do my cardio in it without any problems. washed once so far and it has kept its form. Lay out to dry though

    Arrived quickly. Ordered it in my size according to the size chart but was to small. I could close it, but no way would I ever get to the second row. Extremely well made. Just order a size up and you should be fine.

    Great product but has a weird smell that will eventually fade away. Holds up nicely and I wear this often when I work out or am doing work around the house
