I was debating between X-Small and XX-Small (I'm 5'1 and fluctuate between 110-115 lbs) and I'm so glad I decided on the X-Small. It's extremely tight! But in a good way that it sucks everything in. It's slightly uncomfortable at first but you eventually get used to. Had I brought the XX-Small I would have had to exchange it for the X-Small.

It's been about a month now since I've purchased it I believe, and I'm on the last set of clips! I really love this waist trainer. The material is very high quality and the price is great!

I've done A LOT of research on which waist trainer to get (as I do with everything before I purchase it) and I am so glad I decided to get this one. Will definitely be purchasing the XX-Small soon!

I love my waist cruncher I am 220 pounds I ordered a 3X if it's perfect and it gives me back my curves I love it so if you can't stand the pressure don't buy but if you want that hourglass shape I suggest you buy this.

I am 130 pounds and 5'3. This fits nicely and doesn't cut into my thighs when sitting like the normal size waist trainer. I have a normal size torso and prefer the short torso trainer because it was more comfortable to wear all day. I started on the third hook and could move to the second hook after wearing it after 1 day. However, I don't think it was due to my waist shrinking but rather the material was stretching. I does keep my stomach from pooching out so that is good. It pretty comfortable and nice quality, so I gave it 5 stars.

I ordered the 4 hook waist trimmer in a size L. I waited 1 week to review this product. First couple days is tough, however STICK TO IT. I wear mine for 9 hours a day. After 6 days on the 4th hook, I was able to move to the 3rd. I'm thrilled. I'm ordering another one in a M so I can be ready when I'm done with this one. Latex quality is great, but the hooks need stronger reinforcement. I love mine tho.

190lbs I usually wear a large but with this i had return it and go a size up xl it has like 4 different layered latches so when you lose weight you don't have to buy a new one so far so good

I just had a baby a little over a month ago. Before I was pregnant, I was about 120 lbs. I'm 5'5. Towards the end of my pregnancy, I reached 153 lbs. I am currently at 134 lbs. I initially ordered a small based on other people's reviews but could not even get close to hooking it up with the outer most hooks. I then ordered a medium. I am able to hook up the outer hooks but had to lay down to do so. It fits comfortably without feeling super suffocating. This is a great corset!

Wow, so snug at first but after a few hours the first day and a few more hours the second day, it feels so good holding me in and supporting my back. And after only a few days my shape has become more hourglass and less barrel shaped! I LOVE IT!

This cinches my waist perfectly. I am 5'5 about 150 pounds and I got the Medium. The outer black part material is latex, so it's not cloth material. I am currently able to close it on the first clasp. I would definitely purchase again.

I love it!!! I wear it while I run and clean around the house. I'm 5'5 and weigh 187 lb, I got size XL. It fits a lil tight but that's how I wanted it.
