After 1 week of wearing it I can already see the difference. I've been getting a lot of compliments from coworkers and friends that I look more slim, and that's without it on! I plan to add photos later but this Corset is wonderful. It fits great and has a strong material. I've had it for about two-three weeks now and I don't have any problems with it! This product definitely has a good price and is worth it! Just make sure you do actually measure your size because I order a size too big and it was loose, I reordered a size down it was perfect.

This is my first waist trainer and I'm definitely hooked. This waist trainer is high quality and comfortable to wear. I wear mine 5 days a week for at least 8 hours a day. I haven't tried working out in it or sleeping with it but I do wear it to my desk job. It's improved my posture significantly while I wear it, and has helped bring awareness to how I'm sitting or standing when I'm not wearing it. It's great when you're on your period! The compression really helped me with my painful cramps and bloating, I didn't even need to take my regular pain killers. Mine didn't stop me from eating as much as I always do and I can't attest to having lost much weight that I can't attribute to other factors, however the instantly snatched look has really helped my confidence in and out of the trainer. I've already recommended it to friends, and although I haven't lost weight, I've been told that I have more of an hour glass shape (without the trainer on) after only about a week of wearing it.
