    So I'm 5'1 and about 140lbs and I purchased a Medium at first (followed the chart) but had to return and get a large......First impressions: it was very hard to put on and it created a Back fat bulge in the back but surprisingly felt very comfortable....I've had back pain issues in the past and this actually helped me feel supported and reduced my back pain, which is a BIG plus......but now that I've worn it for about 1 week for about 6-8 of hours a day, I'm actually seeing a difference!!!! After only 1 week, I can button the second row already and I don't have as much of a back bulge...I just wore it yesterday under a romper to wedding and received so many compliments of how skinny I looked!!!!!!! Definitely recommend!!

    Love. 2nd time buying this item in a smaller size now. Because I'm smaller now. In weight and in waist inches. Lost 3inches with the last trainer. Hopefully this one keeps working it's magic

    I can't give this garments enough stars. It allows me wear clothing that I would not wear before..it gives confidence and a more curvy silhouette..I recently ordered another one and will continue to do so

    This is the second time buying it... The first time was a shot in the dark, so I had to take a leap of faith and went with an XL... BUT THIS TIME BABE!!!

    Lemme tell you I knew exactly what I was going for this time. Im 5'6 and weigh 150#'s and im a mom of 2. I will work in this thing and sleep in it, but I wont work out in it. It will stretch just a tiiiny little bit so i decided to swing for a medium. It fit right out of the pack on the last clasp so in about a month of continuous wear... I should be able to close to the second clasp. For the price it is 100% worth it.

    I have ordered and returned many waist trainers and I absolutely love this one! It would be great if this were available in a longer torso. What I have found to make the biggest difference is the fact that it has 25 steel bones for support and the outside latex material that actually flattens the belly and holds the trainer in place. Since I am tall and the long torso is not available, I place the trainer higher up on my back to prevent Back fat from hanging over the trainer and begin closing from the top down then pull lower in front on belly after completely closed. Fyi, it's easier to pull down in front than up in back. I am a size xl and ordered a size xl so I could start in the first row of closures and work my way in as my waist gets smaller and it fits perfectly. Helps improve posture since slouching would be uncomfortable. Had one a few years ago that got too big so I gave it away, but couldn't remember the brand and after trying many others, I finally found the one that works best. I wouldn't advise ordering a larger size since it's purpose is to Slim and a larger size wouldn't serve that purpose. It helps to stretch the waist trainer to put on and after the first time putting it on, the second and anytime there after gets easier. Will order again when this one gets too big.
