Love! love ❤️! love! I've literally been paying $70 before so this is a great deal. great material I'm 5'6 about 175 I gotta small it fits great. Only because I'm very experienced with waist training and based upon the last brand and size I had I'm making myself get a small lol. This is the 1st hook I'll upload more wen I make it to the 2nd and 3rd. Great buy highly recommend

I am 5'3, 160 pounds and have a 36CC bust. It have a short torso, so it bothers me s it comes all the way up my torso, so high up it kind of lifts my breasts and its not comfortable at all. Try having it a few hours and its no fun. Wish they do this in a smaller torso size. Its took some work to put the L on but once on feels good. Besides its long for my torso the rest is perfect. I wonder how often do you have to use it to lose inches from your waist and perhaps tummy too?

Fit well but needed some practice to learn how to get out on. Other than that it worked really well. I'd post a picture but pregnancy kinda reversed the effect haha.

I am 5'6 , 150lbs, and have a 29in waist. I ordered a medium in the plain black. It fits snug but does its job perfectly! On the loosest hook it sucks me in completely without ridiculous fat rolls coming out the top or bottom of the corset. Gives me a perfect hourglass figure as well and looks great and natural under clothes. I have ordered other waist trainers in the past for more money and this is the best one I have bought so far. Would definitely recommend.

REMEMBER: Order the size based on your measurements now, not your goal measurements! If you order too small it will not fit or it will cut off circulation. You can work towards a smaller size but do so in a slow healthy manner.

I was unsure of what size to purchase as the comments here are mixed. I am about 5'5 and 166 pounds. I got this in a medium and it fits perfectly. I am wearing it on the outmost clips and had a little trouble putting it on, but after 5 minutes I got it.
