    I can already see the difference in my stomach! I bought this to tone down my belly fat after my recent pregnancy and it works wonders! My friend commented the other day on how flat my stomach was after only waring it for a couple days! I keep it on even when I sleep to get better results but I think most people only wear them for about 8 hours a day. I have noticed a slight change in my figure as well, My hips seem to be slimming down into that 'hour-glass' figure that I am going for! It's obviously not going to melt fat off your body, but it does tighten up your abdomen muscles and it helps your posture a lot! I love this product and highly recommend it to women wanting to tone their stomach and work on their figure.

    I 1st order a medium because I had use one of this before different brand tho and it was to small then I order a large still small but almost my size now I order a xl and this one should feet fine the material is good worth the $$ can't wait to get it but do check the size I use size 10 or 11 weight 155 and for me the xl will do I'll do a review on it one I receive it

    Omg! Best waist trainer iv bought so far. It fits goo. I always get a small in every waist trainer. The material is thick and stretchable. I recently have been looking for mines for about 3 months now and i cant find it. Super sad. But it helped me shape a bit and eat less. Would totally recommend.

    Doesn't move around, stays in place and does not roll up or down. I got one size smaller after getting the size I should order according to the size guide. The tightest fit went around my waist without feeling snug. Ordering the size down I was worried I wouldn't get the loosest size on but practice makes perfect

    Just received mine yesterday and I absolutely love it! I normally wear XXL in shirts so I just ordered a XXXL just to make sure it fit and sure glad I did because it is tight which is good but if I had ordered a smaller size it wouldn't of fit me. But I love the material, it's super comfortable, and I'm finally comfortable in my shirts rockin my mom bod.

    I love this waist trainer. I got this last week and started on the first snaps it was so hard to attach it. Now I'm in the 2nd week I'm able to go to the 2nd without any problems.
