love it! I went from a medium to an XS in waist trainers. I suck at taking pictures but I def can tell a difference. i would still encourage women to work out and do situps to tone the stomach area as opposed to it being a nice Lil shape lol the breathable aspect is def a winner too.

I loved how high class it felt and looked. I unfortunately did not get the size that it showed should have fit me. That is okay though the returning process was so easy and I will be getting a bigger size! I highly recommend!

I followed the size chart the company provided (ignore the Amazon chart) & it fit perfect. Its a little difficult to get on and i had to lay down but it has three sizes so when i lose more weight, i can make it smaller. I can breath and move around in it and it feels really sturdy. No poking. I spent twice this amount on a corset at Victoria Secret and it was a nightmare to get on. This item is great quality for the cost!

Great, snug waist trainer! Using to support my midsection post c-section. Runs small as per other reviews but for postpartum I've found it shrinks things back into place pretty quickly. Got it in a small after I couldn't get the xs around me but after 2 days wearing the small the xs now fits.

Im 5 ft 3 inches, my weight fluctuates between 115-120lbs, i can close this to the very last 3rd row of fasteners, i probably couldve gone with the Extra Small, but the Small works for now. I also like this because it's long, so great if you have like a medium/tall torso.
