Wasn't sure what size to get because I have a big butt. I usually am a size 7/8 in jeans, but wear a size 6 dresses. Someone mentioned to go with whatever size shirt you usually wear, so I went with a medium and it fit perfectly. I love it, it holds everything in great, and also helps with my posture. I tend to slump a lot sitting in an office chair all day, it helps me sit straight. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for one.

It was perfect. When I first got it, it was hard to put it cause I hadn't broken into it heat but after the first day of wearing it around it was pretty easy to put on. I've had for about a week now and I've already lost weight around my waist and stomach. The high waisted pants I wear no longer fold down but stay up when I sit down. Can't wait to see the results in a months time !

I have bought so many waist trainers and all of them failed. They kept giving me marks, rolling up, or just simply tearing. I recently purchased this item because I figured that I can give it a go one last time. I saw that it tucks you in great and even have a zipper. Well to sum it up. I LOVE MY NEW ZIPPER WAIST TRAINER. I just received my waist trainer today, and I absolutely love love love it!!!!I purchased a blue and I love the vibrant color! Mines is really cleaned, no spots, no fabrications, no odor only pure beauty! Tags attached to it and was very new and fresh. I ordered a large and I wasn't sure how to order these things by size because I do wear a large in tops but these are right waist belts...so I didn't know. But, I tried mine on and snapped it right up and everything fits well. Not too tight and not loose at all, it hugs me OK. Now keep in mind these waist belts are suppose to be tight, not tight as in unbearably small but tight as in snug. They are suppose to hug your extra fat, so if you struggle putting it on , it's okay! As long as it gets onto your body, strapped up, and it's a comfortable feeling while it's on. If it helps anyone, mine wasn't the easiest to strap on, I realized what I had to do to actually get it on, and that's start hooking it FROM THE BOTTOM ON UP!! It's easier that way, no one had to help me hold it together. I'm only a size 10 in jeans with a 10 1/2 inch waist! I love the item, and I am ready to begin training!

This is the most well made corset I have ever had. I have back issues and it is such a great investment. I have slept in this corset because of my back and it is a dream. I am going to order another one. The quality is so good. I had ordered a smaller one before thinking I would loose weight but I am on a medication that causes weight gain so I had to order this one. But I won't give up the smaller one. I will get to that size soon. I also got the mesh one and it is really nice and cool. It supports my back with a breathable fabric. These corsets are a lifesaver for me and I would advise anyone with back issues to get them or just to trim the waist and help the posture to get these corsets. They are the best ever.

When I first tried it on i was on the floor trying to fasten it close....yes on the floor for 40 minotes I seriously almost sent it back....the second day still on the floor but fasten it within 10 minutes today fasten it closed standing up 5 minutes! So this waist training thing does work! So sturdy great quality and I can tell my waist is getting defined I eat very healthy weight about 143 5'2 my natural waist is a 27 yay let's see in a month where I'll be:)
