    Garmet does exactly what was expected. The clasp Is a bit uncomfortable and rubs against my inner thigh. I wanted the smallest waist possible for my size so I ordered a medium, a large would have done an awesome job as well. Fabric stretches after repeated usage so the medium was an alright choice. Will be ordering again.

    I knew waist training would be a bit painful but I had no idea what I was getting myself into! This definitely holds everything in and can squeeze you several inches smaller around and probably give you the hourglass look you're going for! I've always had a very straight waist and it even gives me the curve I've longed for. I can't compare it to other products as this is my first one but it works!

    I got this for after my pregnancy. I gained a good amount of weight after my pregnancy and wear a large shirt. I got a 2x and had difficulty getting it on at first. It's now easy to get on and I feel great wearing it. It takes some getting used to but I love it! I definitely suggest this but go up a size or two from what you would normally wear.

    It Really is good quality, some people talked about a strong smell but mine was fine, no smell. I like that it is supportive yet still flexible. Definitely improves your posture. I have soft hips and lower shoulder area, while I am a small amount of overweight, I do get a little upper back bulge, the hips and stomach aren't bad, but hey it's to be expected when you are redirecting fat. It's easy to hide though. I ordered according to my size and the fit was perfect. I actually use this in the evenings because I tend to snack a lot after dinner and quite honestly it is a reminder for me you can't exactly stuff your face when you are in it. Also for better posture which it is a great reminder for that. I really have nothing negative to say about it, Definitely order by their size guide.

    The quality of this trainer is Amazing I couldn't be more happy. When I first put it on I could barely fasten on last clasps and I needed the assistance of my daughter...but the next day I went down a row and the third day I was on the first row so I'm already ordering the next size down!!! Great great product!!!!

    Great product. Expandable waistband to accommodate weight loss or gain, also you can wear it lower than your natural waist if you want a little extra length. Clean, well-packaged. Adds a lot of poof to my '50s retro dresses.
