Do not follow the chart if it say that you are a large get one size smaller . Other than that I like it it wasn't hard to put it on and it's not hot also I could wear it all day and not feel like I'm being suffocated

I absolutely love it I am a mom of 2 boys it made me feel beautiful and confident. Also have diabetes and I would have an uphill battle with losing weight but it's absolutely made me feel gorgeous when I put it on.

if worn enough time to actually make a difference, it works. but you still need exercise and good diet. don't be lazy girl.. I am 5'4 and weigh 135 and ordered what I wanted my waist to be, so a small that makes the waist 25'. Order smaller not your normal size. The idea is to mold your body and sorry, that comes with making you a little short of breath but nothing a woman that wants change, cant handle.

The size chart suggested I get a large, ordered a medium and I could hook it in the middle row. Fits comfortably while I exercise without feeling too tight. Also happy with the length. I have a long torso.
