    Very well made, worth the money. Fits as expected. Def go by your natural waist size. Mine is a 29 and I ordered a medium. Very sturdy and supportive, doesn't not bend like cheap ones. This is the real deal. I would also suggest measuring underbust to hip because this is not for short torsos as its 9.5-10.5 . If you have any questions please let me know, Happy training!!

    This is great. I just got mine and am new to waist training. It is very sturdy and surprisingly comfortable. I had just eaten before putting it on and wow, I should have waited. This is great. Of course I want to shrink my waist, but I mainly want to not over eat. I'm a big boredom eater. I am 5'3 , 160 lbs, wear a 34D (but have a 31 in my ribcage), 30in waist, and 39in hips. I honestly carry most of my Wight in my butt and thighs and a bit in my tummy and hips. This fits PERFECT on the last hook of a Medium. UPDATE: FEBRUARY 10, 2016 Almost 20 days in and I am seeing results!! I can't eat much at one time, even without the corset, so I can now no longer over eat and boredom eat. I work 6 days a week, 6.5-14 hours a day, and only wear it at work. I work out 3 times a week. I have lost over an inch from my waist, an inch from my ribs, and two inches from my hips. I'm now at 30-29-37. I realize that a portion of my loss comes from working out, but I have only lost .5in from each of my thighs (1in total from there). My posture has increased and I look forward to wearing it.

    This really works. I am 5'4 150 pounds. I order the XL to wear under a fitted, bodycon dress. OMG! Sexy, Sexy, Sexy. I have had three c sections so I have that pooch in my lower abdomen. I connected it at the tightest hook and wow! This corset completely flattened that area and created the hourglass I once had before the babies. I will order more of these

    I love it do far! I'm 5 11 and 158 lbs , I ordered a medium and it fit perfectly. It is very snug which is how it is supposed to be I guess.

    Fits perfect! I have a 26 inch waist and ordered the small. I ordered the beige color and expected a slight pink color because of how it was pictured but it was a light beige color so it matches my skin tone which is perfect. I've only worn it about four or five times and I can already see a difference when I'm not wearing it. I have a very small space between my ribs and hip bones so I wasn't expecting any difference but there's a lot. Make sure you follow the directions on how to properly waist train before using this product. You are supposed to start wearing it the first few days for 2-3 hours than gradually add an hour every couple of days until you are at a full 8 hours of wearing it. Doing it quickly can have adverse effects and will not give you the results you want.
