    Looks AWESOME under a 50's style dress. I bought the dress shown here off of Amazon, and the petticoat to go under it. The petticoat has an underskirt so it isn't scratchy. Love it.

    The skirt is great! Creates a lot of volume, but fits perfectly in a small package. I woulds say runs small. Oder one size up. I'm 110 pounds and size M is tight on my waist

    Love this I found some vintage tea length dressess at my local thrift shop and needed something to go under them and this is excactly what I wanted! Perfect length for the dresses. The colors are vibrant and I loved them so much I ordered two more in different colors.

    If you go by the chart you'll be fine. I uploaded pics every step of the way. I'm a size 11/13 and a l/xl top. 36H 5'0 185. Clearly I'm short and busty but this worked magic. I'm allergic to latex so this was a charm. The first pics I'm wearing the garment and I seem to be around a 9/10. I have muffin top and no butt so the pics where I'm wearing the dress are amazing as far as I'm concerned. The next 3 pics are as I remove it. The garment is tight but not uncomfortable. I got a XL but I think I would have been out of breath but more defined in a medium. The thong back and lower panel of the garment allow seamless transition. I got one by spanx but it gave me that muffin top-roll thing over my hips and thighs. This was much better. I've only had it on about 30 min but I plan to order more. The price wasn't bad and It arrived in two days. If you have a smaller top than bottom or appreciate more compression, go a size down from the chart. Everyone who says it's too small doesn't know how to wear these items clearly. I squeezed into the leg part, took a breath. Then you roll into the rest by pulling the garment up from the base and stretching. I would sacrifice comfort for beauty so I recommend this product.

    I use these in the summer 2 get my stomach fat (not core( to 115F to melt like laser treatments not just bc it makes me slinky if I scrunch it up in the middle so it will draw up the middle after about 48 hours. Good are more the issue than waist as u inch it up & may have 2 sit 2 stretch. Use custom sizing guide. Bigger issue is getting via off m! LOL CHELI'

    I have been working out & waist training since I had my baby & this has by far been the best trainer. Really shrunk my waist, instead of toner gel I use nerium & in a month my waist is the smallest. I bought an xs waist trainer. Yes, I followed the size chart, but sized down one for the results I wanted. I started from the first hooks & every few weeks as my waist shrinks will continue to change hooks.
