I ordered a medium I'm 154lb size 9/10 in jeans I could barely get this thing on but I guess that's the point after a couple hours of wearing it I woke up and my stomach was super flat! Will continue wearing this!

If you go by the chart you'll be fine. I uploaded pics every step of the way. I'm a size 11/13 and a l/xl top. 36H 5'0 185. Clearly I'm short and busty but this worked magic. I'm allergic to latex so this was a charm. The first pics I'm wearing the garment and I seem to be around a 9/10. I have muffin top and no butt so the pics where I'm wearing the dress are amazing as far as I'm concerned. The next 3 pics are as I remove it. The garment is tight but not uncomfortable. I got a XL but I think I would have been out of breath but more defined in a medium. The thong back and lower panel of the garment allow seamless transition. I got one by spanx but it gave me that muffin top-roll thing over my hips and thighs. This was much better. I've only had it on about 30 min but I plan to order more. The price wasn't bad and It arrived in two days. If you have a smaller top than bottom or appreciate more compression, go a size down from the chart. Everyone who says it's too small doesn't know how to wear these items clearly. I squeezed into the leg part, took a breath. Then you roll into the rest by pulling the garment up from the base and stretching. I would sacrifice comfort for beauty so I recommend this product.

I loooooove this waist trainer!! I bought my first waist trainer (size small) back in December of last year and have been wearing it for 3-4 hours a day, 5 days a week (while I'm at work). When I first got it I had to squeeeeze into the loosest latches...and could barely breathe lol. But about 5 months later BAM... The tightest setting is now loose on me! I just ordered the xtra small and am super excited! Loving my body and feeling very confident thanks to this waist trainer. Glad I didn't get the $90 one. This one does the job and is strangely comfortable once you get used to the pressure. My posture has improved immensely too...which is a huge plus. Yaaaay! Lol :)

Great product and value. Very high quality and heavy duty. Was super surprised at the sturdiness and comfort. I have a 30 to 31 waist and ordered the medium (29 to 28 inch). Fits well, but the laces were mostly at the max strecthed. After 2 days I was able to make a back bow. I can comfortably wear it at work (standing job) and while driving. My posture Improved beyond belief in such little time. Definitely buy if you're a beginner like me. Love it. Will update later.

Love it perfect fit by my pants size, does as expected holds you in and tightens stomach muscles, have not had it very long but I believe it is going to keep my stomach muscles tight as I loose the weight. No extra flab and skin that you can not get rid of. Ladies this is perfect. Thank you.

Probably one of the best waist trainers I've ever bought (in terms of comfort). It's really easy to put on, in comparison to having to hook every hook with other waist trainers... We all know when you don't have a flat stomach, that's hard to do haha. Only downside to this product is that it's a little short on my torso. It doesn't cover my whole stomach probably because I have a long torso. So throughout the day, I alternate between pulling it down and pulling it up so my entire stomach can waist train. This product is also very bulky like a bulletproof vest (unlike other thin waist trainers), but that's expected because of the velcro straps. Don't expect to wear this discreetly under a tank, you'd probably have to wear a very loose fitted shirt to have it unnoticeable. I do like the fact that you can loosen or tighten to however you like.

My belt not only fits, but it's super cute. It have been wearing it to the gym this past week and it is working great. The two straps help to really keep the stomach in while the side is also shaping your waist.
