I love this dress. I wear a 12, probably could have fit in a med but the large gave a little room to move around comfortably. I really loved the color, it's not bright red, has a hint of pink to it, not really enough to see but it's a beautiful color.

Good material. Very comfortable. I love that there are 4 rows of hooks and not 3. I would buy your American size in this. It will be very snug at first, but these garments to stretch (I guess it's called seasoning). Just like a bra and a good pair of jeans stretches and feels looser and more comfortable over time, so will this waist trainer. My only personal problem is that I have a smaller rib cage than hips so I feel like I want to use one row of hooks for the bottom half and a smaller row of hooks for the top half. I'm not sure if that's just me or if it's a problem with the garment. However, it's still 5 stars. Love it. Getting ready to get the smaller size.

I was a little sceptical ordering this online... Said that to say this the quality us great the shipping time was perfect my only problem was the sizing. I am 5'4 162lbs I ordered a xl sad to say it was to small. Thought would be safe knowing that was the size shirt I wear! Runs really small so I will be ordering a xxxl.

It would have been wonderful if it was the right size. I ordered a xl and there was no way it would go on. I wear a size 14 but will probably need a 3xl or 4xl It's made really well - had to return the xl but will reorder 3xl.

This product is perfect. My only complaint is that I have a small torso and it cuts into my boobs a bit. Next I will order the small torso waist trainer. It is very sturdy and durable and I could already hook the second set of hooks on the 3rd day of wearing it.

I ordered a large and I'm 5'6, I weigh 165 ,& my waistline is a 29/30 ordered a large just incase it ran small but it fits perfect!! I sleep in it and wear it all day only take it off when it's time to shower.. Just my project to see the results (you don't have to do that if you don't want) but I can't wait to see the results I will upload pictures once my 30 days have gone by I will upload my process
