    Height: 5'0 ft Weight: 115 Shirt size: S/M I know most ppl say this but I really never review or comment on anything but I actually really love this waist trainer. I've never used one before and I absolutely love it! I definitely recommend it, you need to buy it and CANT beat that price! I'd just say to start wearing it for a few min/hrs at a time don't go right in with 8 hrs. The first day I wore it for 2 and a half hours and I got a MASSIVE headache and had to take it off right away. So the next day I wore it for an hour and increased by 30 min and so on.. And saw results IMMEDIATELY. The next day it only took like 2 min to get it all hooked.

    I've ordered five waist trainers and this is the one that ended up around my waist. It's easy to use with velcro and it holds me in as securely as to my comfort level. It hasn't been a week yet since I've started using it. I'm looking forward to my hourly shape. I have short torso, weighs 140 lbs and stands 4 feet and 11 inches. I ordered a size large and have a lot adjustment to to go tighter as needed.

    Great for postpartum or minor waist training. I love the twin adjustment setting. The main one pulls the whole mid section in. The smaller belt-like adjustment help pulls in the center of your waist for a curvier shape. It doesn't hide well under clothes but does work. I wear it mostly at home or working out.
