I gave 5 stars because the product does do as described! I sweat a lot more than any other compression garmet I have. Shipping was faster than expected and had no issues with order or pricing. As for the size, please go by the seller's recommendations as I am normally a 1x in real life had to buy a 5x although maybe could have gotten away with a 4x. I was 5'10/265lbs/38D when I ordered the vest however I ordered a size bigger because I have a longer torso and wanted additional coverage. Overall as expected, good value for product.

I absolutely love this waist trainer vest. Just as most people have pointed out you should get whatever size shirt or blouse size that you wear. With the exception that if you are large breasted you will want to get one size larger because the bra does run on the smaller side. This is a very well made waist trainer. It definitely makes me sweat a lot around my midsection. My abs are soaked when I workout wearing it. You can feel a very warm sensation around the area which lets you know you've got a calorie burn going on. It is very comfortable to wear all day long. It does help with your posture some too. Mine fits me very firmly. And in just under a month have lost one inch. Already ordered new smaller size. Very happy with the purchase of this product.

So far, I love this product! It fits true to size and leaves no excess hanging out in the stomach and back areas. The intensity of the support from the suit drastically reduced my lower back and abdominal pain...not to mention the sweat it allows the body to produce. I am only one week in thus far and will update with before and after pictures in the next several weeks. Worth the price

I just took my first run in suit!!. Although I typically run in the early mornings and can vreak a good sweat, I decided to take a later run when the sun was higher while wearing the suit! I felft awesome and secure and had a really good sweat. I ordered a medium but could have gotten a small for a more snug fit. I also like the cell phone pouch. I can never keep up with my ear buds or arm band, so this suit was excellent in providing a space to securely and inconspicuously carry my phone. And I didn't need my ear buds. Great garment!!. I may order a small and give the medium to my sister.

Great quality. Good weight to the material. The pink color is true to the product image. Fits perfectly. There is not much odor to it - just typical neoprene smell. Living in Georgia, you don't even have to exercise for it to make you sweat! To those questioning what size to get, ALWAYS take your measurements and compare that in THEIR size chart - bra size means nothing, take your measurements! If you are like me and have odd proportions, pick the size that matches your largest measurement area - usually your bust or hips. The rest of you should generally fit in it. I was concerned that none of the sizes would fit because according to their chart, if I have a 43 bust, I should have a waist of something like 37.5 -39.5 . Due to surgery and loose skin, my waist is actually several inches larger than 39.5 . I got the 4XL and it fits perfectly. I ordered this particular brand because the size charts for most of the others fell short in terms of accommodating larger measurements. Very positive experience thus far!
