I love the Waist training vest. The reason I personally decided to get this particular Waist training is because I needed a sauna suit that not only cover my tummy area but also my back because these are the areas where I need the most help. I love to work out in this thing. It's the best. When you are done with your work out you will be drenched in sweat. Lost a lot of inches around my waist. Went from a 44 inch waist to a 38 inch waist in a month. I highly recommend this product

Fits perfect just really unhappy how it made my skin feel after I took it off. I wore it a few times and my skin itched horribly after each wear. I stopped wearing it for about a week, haven't put it on since and my skin still itches from time to time. I really loved the way it fit, just unhappy with the reaction I got on my skin from it.

***Update***
After reviewing this vest, the company got in contact with me and was nice enough to refund my order since I wasn't happy with the results. I appreciate the company's concern and that they took time to reach out to an unhappy customer. Wonderful customer service from them!
