Been using this slimmer for 2 months and I already need to order a large. I ordered up and got an XL and it fit perfectly across my back and stomach. It stays in place and doesn't rise up or down. I have a few girls ask me where I ordered it! I'm about 5'6 and 190 and it fit perfectly!

Who likes to sweat? Anyone...? Ok so I bought this vest to make my work outs more productive. I LOve THIS SWEAT VEST!!! I do not use it as a waist trainer, I use it to sweat and it works! I had to order a size up bc well, I have big books! I also have a long torso, so I do have to pull it down from time to time, but I don't mind. I have had this on since 3pm today and I just took it off... I am disgusting, quite frankly. I love it. My tank is soaked and stuck to me and I am thrilled.
So if you want to kick up your sweat, I highly recommend this.

I had to get a 5x and I'm a size 18 in tops! I'm a 44dd in bra size. It fits perfectly and I sweat like a horse in the gym!!

Definitely a snug fit. Sweating will not be an issue in this because putting it on was a workout in itself but it was the fit I wanted/needed. I'm 5'6 , 36D, 174lbs so I got medium because the large was out in pink. Glad I got medium!

When I say this is the best investment I've ever made. It literally makes me sweat just sitting. Sweating in the areas I need to sweat in and also because of the adjustment of the bottom...even when I lose weight and get smaller I won't have to buy another because you can pull as tight as you need to.

They were out of smalls, so I ordered extra small. The top is too tight and the stomach part isn't quite tight enough, but I didn't expect it to fit perfectly. I can work out in it, and that's exactly what I wanted.

I like this a lot. it definately will make you sweat. i got a 2xl and almost wish i had went with an XL, but because of my large chest a 2XL works good. washed it in the washing machine and hung dry it and it still works great.
