I have purchase 3 different ones including this one to see which would be the best fit. By far, YIANNA is the best and I'm returning the others. I suffer with sever lower back pain and I wanted something to help with my waist. This one does both. I sleep in it very comfortably. When I take it off, I can see the hourglass forming. I love this product. It has done a great job helping me sweat in he tummy area. I have only worn it while out for the day or cleaning the house and I noticed great results when I remove it. It gives great back support as well.

The waist trainer works great! It is easy to put on and had a second band for extra support. It is very comfortable and is pretty much invisible under your workout clothes. I also like that it doesn't seem to hold the sweat build up! My other one would get so soaked and I would feel the sweat around my middle area. This one absorbs well and keeps the loisture away from your skin....Just drop in the washer and dryer and ready for the next day. I have washed it several times and it is holding up very well! I will buy again when ready.

Fits great.bought the medium was too small and tight for my 33in waist. Has great back support but definitely cannot wear under regular everday clothing which is not an issue for me.
