I've purchased quite a few waist cinchers/trimmers and I use them for my workouts. YIANNA's waist cincher is one of my favorites because not only is it affordable, it also helps with improving my poor posture. When I experience back discomfort, this is my go to waist trimmer to use at the gym.

Many have indicated that this is too short and barely covers the entire abdominal area; while it is true that it doesn't cover the area entirely, this is not a problem for me. I think it depends on how long one's torso is, etc. For reference, I'm 5'4 and I wear a large in shirts and the Large size fits me perfectly.

This product has held up great over several months, several days per week and hours per day of use. I've washed it several on delicate in a garment bag and dried it on low. The velcro has worn out a tiny bit but not enough to be a problem. Everyone has made comments on the noticeable changes on my waist size.

I love wearing the waist training belt to the gym under my workout clothes. It causes me to sweat more and I noticed that after I wear it my stomach is a lot flatter. When I take it off, my stomach is dripping with sweat. This waist trainer gives me a lot of support for my lower back. I believe it helps me from lifting and turning the wrong way when working out. It is easy to put on and has a Velcro closure and you can put it on as loose or as tight as you want it. It is made really well, much better than other waist trainers I have purchased. This is also my first waist trainer that is colored. I absolutely love the hot pink and black on this. I have actually gotten alot of compliments about it! I absolutely love the YIANNA Women's Waist Trainer Belt. I was happy to see it come in one day earlier than expected. Upon receiving I immediately put it to work during my hour morning workout. After giving birth I have a small problem area that just will not go away even after clean eating and exercising at least 5 times a week. Putting it on was simple no instruction needed. I was concerned that the L I ordered would be too small based on other reviews but to my surprise it wasn't at all. I love the way it shapes my waist and makes it looks much smaller. Just wearing it and looking in the mirror with it on motivates me to keep going. I see some people opt to wear it all day long I personally only wear when I workout. But I love it and would advise anyone looking to lose a few inches from their waist to give it a try.

Last year I lost half of my body weight, and let's just say now I have too much skin. I have been wearing different forms of compression to hold my skin in place. I really like this waist trimmer belt, it is very sturdy and does the job well. First you put it around your waist as tight as you like, then you take the two straps in the back and wrap them around you for an even tighter fit, which gives that hour glass shape that everyone loves. I was pleasantly surprised at how relaxed it made my back feel. I ordered a 2X and for me this is true to size.

I'm kind of in love with the waist training belt simply because the size is accurate. I have issues with getting sizes larger, sometimes way larger than my own because it is usually too small. I wear a L in shirts and float between an 8 - 10 in size. I'm on a low carb diet and I walk 5 miles a day. I figured the belt would help me sweat out some water weight while I walked/run daily.

The belt fits around my waist just fine but then there is added supports, like extra bands that help give a custom fit to your body. I like this. The reason why, is because I find even my posture changes when I tighten it up with the extra straps. It is all velcro, so all you have to do is pull and rest it down on the other parts of the belt. As long as you aren't cutting your circulation off, it is hardly noticeable.

I can peel this thing off after a forty minute walk and feel the burn ...well, see the sweat!

I got this because I have been losing weight and the skin and muscles need to be tightened a little bit.
This belt fits me really well and is comfortable to wear when I work out. I have also worn it under some of my dresses and it looked great. This gives me great support for my back also.
The Velcro is very strong on this belt and once you put them where you want them they stay put until you move them.
I have been wearing this belt for a little bit now and I can’t see a difference when I take it off, but it sure does help me when I am wearing it.
