I just got mine in! It feels very comfortable! I’m 5’6 and 185lbs, I got the large, it’s just a little big on me but I’d rather it be too big than too small! Hoping this not only slims my waist but also helps my back posture (due to having a slipped L5) so far feels GREAT!

I purchased this waist trimmer at 2 weeks postpartum, and it has done wonders along with dieting and working out. My waist has shrunk, and I can no longer fit the belt, which is now too large. I purchased an extra large, and 3 weeks later I loved my results. I now have merged from the waist trimmer to a latex waist trainer, and I purchased this one in a Large, which runs way smaller than the trimmer. Overall this is a great product that works for the cost.
