I have had a couple waist trainers in the past, but this one is the most comfortable I have yet to own. The wrap goes around your waist and is secured with a large velcro band. Then there are two velcro straps that cinch your waist around the middle framing your waist into an hourglass shape. The velcro straps are large and when you lose weight, you will be able to wear the belt for a long time after. As soon as you put it on, you will see your waist appear more hourglass shaped. I love the immediate results. If you're looking for something to wear under you clothes and not be noticeable, this isn't the product for you. But for working out or just around the house or going on a jog, it's perfect!

It's so many things I already love about this waist trainer.

I love that you can't tell I'm wearing it when I put my shirt on, it's really comfortable, it makes my back feel really good. I haven't noticed any thinning in my waist yet, but I haven't had it long enough to tell.

It's made really nicely. The Velcro is strong and stayed in place the whole time Ive used it.

I wanted this waist trimmer to wear underneath my tee shirts when I am working out and around the house, hoping it will make me sweat off this muffin top. The nice thing is with it being like a double wrap it really gives a nice hourglass look and stays very snuggly in place.

This waist trimmer is perfect and not uncomfortable to wear at all. I like the
fact that it has the double velcro belts. I have the little roll in the lower stomach
area and this trimmer slims it right down. I am trying to slim down my abdomen
area and I feel this is the right belt to help me do this. I can easily wear it under
my clothes with no one knowing it is there. I ordered my regular size but I think
1 size larger would have been better. This size fits me correctly but I think the
size larger would have fit my hip area better. Highly recommended.

I received this waist trimmer last week and just had to try it on. It's a very true to fit item. The Velcro is sturdy and the item, while a bit bulky, is a great deal for the money I spent. I have a feeling that this item will become a regular on my exercise regimen. I'm hoping to see changes in the coming weeks.

Pink waist trainer. Fits as expected, I ordered xl and the xl size fits well across my tummy well . Velcro is nice and sticky. The color of the pink is nice and vibrant. I recieved this for free in exchange for my honest opinion.

I'm 5'7 ft, 210 pounds, I wear L(arge) in shirts (37in waist) & 15/16 in pants! The large is more than perfect for me because you can adjust how tight you want it but I wouldn't advise you to put it under skin fit clothes because of the bulge at the front make your belly look a Lil bigger than it is but the sides and the back you can't it's on. Also it doesn't go all the way down your belly, like me, I have a Little lower belly fat so I can kinda tuck it in but if your bigger than me get the Xtra large!!

Wow, I tried it on as soon as I got it and my gosh, awesome back support and it really holds you in. I recently has a cosmetic procedure and this helps tremendously with the support I need. Awesome product! Bought a Medium. 5'9 175 lbs normally medium or large in shirts. Fits tight but that's what I wanted.
