I was a little worried that was going to be too small. I'm fluffy and 2 months post baby so...yeah a little worried about the size. Fits perfect. I'm a size 14 right now. 5'6 . Went with a large. Love it! I would also add that I'm probably at max capacity for this size. There is plenty of slack to tighten as I slim down but any weight gain will render it useless.

I've had a lot of lower back pain and I wanted something to keep my posture while sitting (sitting hurts my lower back more, but what can you do?). Back braces can be very uncomfortable if you are wearing them all the time, but this is the opposite. It is very flexible but stiff at the same time, and is comfortable enough to wear to sleep. It has given me huge relief with my lower back.

Update: check this out guys... I did a DEXA* body scan before I started wearing this, and a DEXA body scan less than a month after wearing this. I was not expecting to get a smaller waist because I wasn't wearing it a lot. I would mostly put it on when my back starts to hurt after sitting for too long, or after a hard workout and I need it to stabilize my back when I sleep. Anyway, look at the before and after pictures in just 3 weeks. Maybe it was because I am trying to cut BF% and am working out, maybe it's because this contraption is working. Note that I did lose 1% BF in the second scan. Look at the picture though- a bunch of fat has been pushed down from my waist down to my thighs. So there you go...proof that it works!
