I ordered this one size down. I did have to wear a tank top between it and my skin because it seemed to irritate my skin. I wore it working out and work and it helps a lot in my posture. It does its purpose.

I have purchased several waist trainers and this is by far the most comfortable and is well made. I love the amount of steel boning throughout and the shorter length works best for me (I’m 5’2”). If you measure correctly, the waist trainer is true to size. If you like a tighter fit go with the next size down.

absolutely LOVE the short torso. That's what's been missing. I purchased two other waist trainers and they were all regular torsos and they were super uncomfortable. The short torso fits perfect. Worn with a tight sports bra to hide the back fat and it really does the trick!

First time I put it on was a little difficult, but the second time was completely easier. First thing I noticed when I started using it was the relief on my back. It's support is incredible made me feel 10x better. Started using it 2 weeks after labor and my belly is back to normal size from before pregnancy. Make sure to measure yourself to get the correct size, I did.
