I saw a youtube video say that the more boning in a waist trainer the less rising, also she suggested trying out shorter waist trainers to stop or prevent the bunching/bending at arch of back. Her last tip was have the hooks further spaced apart so you do not have to buy a new one too quickly... This waist trainer met all of the above. I am beyond hapoy with it. Didnt hurt all! Not even breaking it in!

i just had a baby.. wanting to get back into shape.. it was tough to put on but it fit !! i love it ! hopefully it holds up for awhile!
