I have a large tummy partly because I have large fibroids. This really held my tummy in and fit quite comfortably. Did not roll up or down and I could breathe and dance in it.

I was hesitant to purchase this waist trainer based on some negative reviews but i decided to try it anyway and im glad i did! Im 188 Ibs , 38 waist, 39 hip 43 bust, i ordered Large fits like a glove. This is my first waist trainer so im glad i had a good shopping experience :)

Love this waist trainer! It has no lumps or buldges once it's on so you can wear it out. It definately does run 2 sizes small so don't be afraid to go bigger when ordering. Also, it took me 30 minutes to zip it up the very first time I put it on, BUT after the first time you get it to zip the rest of the times you zip it will be easy and smooth.

This corset s the TRUTH! It really does the job of holding me in! I'm 5'7 and 209 pounds. I bought the 2XL and it fits really, really snug on me but I prefer the snug!

I'm 5 7, 130lbs and bought a medium. This is the best corset/waist trainer I have tried so far. I wore it all day, went to the gym, and the sauna. It had minimal discomfort and it did not slip and slide during my work out. I think the way the hooks are designed makes bending activities such as driving and sitting at a desk more comfortable. The boning is pliable enough not to painfully dig into your thighs or breastbone like most trainers with this type of support. I wore it under a tight fitting dress and the lining was only slightly noticeable. I liked it so much I bought another one in small.
note: If you have allot of mid section fat... make sure you're careful zipping up. Can catch your skin if you're not careful. Just pull it out more when zipping.

Pretty good unit. I love the snaps and the zipper. I need help to zip it up. It can be a bit uncomfortable at first but that is expected but as you wear it you adjust. I have been wearing this for almost a week now and it's beginning to feel better. Hopefully soon I can zip it up on my own :)

I returned this but I am still giving it a 5 star review because of the absolutely amazing quality. I am petite at 5'0 and in recovery from anorexia. I put on some weight and ordered this in a medium and when it took me 20 minutes and almost out of breath to get it zipped I knew I could not go through that each time; because I did try a second time and I just couldn't do it. It was my own self (my mindset) and my own unwillingness to exchange it for the next size that led me to return it. HOWEVER I am telling you the structure was unreal. If you have back problems, those 'bones that run up and down all along the side are by no means flimsy and having the hooks underneath the zipper give you that extra support. I WILL be back for that medium when I lose more weight. I actually found this because I was looking at a different waist trainer and someone commented, 'go get the YIANNA Waist Training Corset' so I looked it up and I couldn't believe the quality. When I got it on it really did make me look good so I am actually more motivated now so I hope it will still be available when I'm ready!! This is by far the highest quality I have yet to see!

At first I received the wrong item but once I contacted the seller they were great about fixing the issue. They told me to keep the wrong item and they'd send me the correct waist trainer. I got it today right before an even I wanted to wear a tight dress to and I was excited to try it out. It worked GREAT size was perfect. I did bust a sweat putting it on but that's ok because it was well worth it. It did not roll up or feel uncomfortable I sat up nice and straight at the event because of this so that was a plus! Love it!
