I am 5' 2 , purchased the small and received today...At first thought it was to small because snapped in first hook and did not close enough to zip, but snapped in last hook and was able to zip with no problem... Love, Love and Love... I have tried several waist trainer and I must say I really like this one. It supports back and very comfortable... Hope this post help someone...

I've spend hundreds dollars including Ardyss trainers..this is by far the best waist trainer I ever had. I weight 200 pounds 5'6 and it hide my stomach. I purchased an XL but I should have a gotten a XXL..But it still feels great.
