This is a very comftable, i was able to use it for over 12hrs with no discomfort. I like to use a shirt under so if i sweat i wont feel sticky. I am 200 pounds and wear a size large or sometimes xl for shirts and im a 13/14 in jeans. I bought this a size 2xl & it fit snug. You might struggle a little putting it on for the first time but after that it will be easy. I love this waist trainer. Its worth it.

I need a bigger size I tried to go according to the reviews. I'm 5'0 177 pounds got a large but I need a XL. It's comfortable compared to other waist trainers I've bought.

Excellent ability to keep its shape and to give you the hourglass shape you desire. I wish they also had one to control back bulges at the same time. That would be amazing.

I think it should have a strip of material underneath the zipper so the zippy won't catch the skin

5 4, 108lbs ordered the XS. Fits like a GLOVE! It's hard finding these things in XS that work because it's assumed someone my size doesn't need a waist shaper but like all women, I want perfection too. Very durable, doesn't slip up like other products like this. It's perfect.

I normally wear small/can all t-shirt I bought medium. Fits perfectly. Could probably fit uncomfortably in a small. But damn I look fine as hell in this. Doesn't show through close.

This garment is almost undetectable underneath your clothes it is good for smoothing under dresses T-shirts and anything where you need a very smooth silhouette I highly recommend for special occasions like dates or weddings where you have to look absolutely perfect this was not disappointed buy this garment in your normal size.

Got mine in the mail today for my postpartum belly. Should've gotten a medium instead of a small. Was only able to hook the first part, the rest...well iv got to return this but will be ordering a medium. Regardless of my mistake, this seems to b quite sturdy n of a good quality for the price..will update soonest with pics

I wear this thing all the time. It’s comfortable for me and helps me with posture. I did have to go up a size because the one I originally brought was too small, but the quality is good and doesn’t have a strong latex smell like some of the other ones on the market.

Item arrived on time, this trainer does what it's meant to do. It's a little work to put on but once the zippers up which is my favorite detail that zipper, you will be very smooth, tummy tucked in just right very comfortable to wear.

Just had my baby and this worked like magic for me! It's barely two weeks and my belly is back flat! Although I wore a 24 steel boned corset for the first week...this really did a number on the left over pooch my other corset didn't work on. A little tip for first time waist trainers...if you can get into this easily when you first get it...you got the WRONG size. My mum had to help me into this the first 3 days and after I had broken into it, it got a bit easier to put on myself! My waist was 33 and I got a Large.
